If you wish to prevent the permits from expiring without documentation of <br /> completion, you may: <br /> I) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br /> or 2) Requcst final inspection if the work is completed, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extcnsion. <br /> Please respond within 10 days.
