The addition exceeds � <br /> tlie maximum height liml[atlon of txenty eight (28) feet and was made without a <br /> buildin� permit. <br /> This violates Section 10.010 which restricts dwelling heights to ?8 feet in an <br /> R-1 zone, and Section 41.050 (A) which atates: <br /> "Unless othen+ise exer�pted by [he City building regulations, no person, <br /> firm, or corporution shall erect, construct, enlarge, expa¢d, alter, <br /> repair, mave, remove, convert, or demolish, equip, use, occupy, or <br /> maintain any building or stcuctute (including signs) or cause or permit <br /> [he sace to be done vitliout firat obtaining e building (or eign) permit. <br /> Tlierefore, you must bring the atructure into compliance with the zoning code M <br /> by: <br /> 1. Obtainiag a demolition permit fxom the Building Departmeot to �� <br /> remove the illegal addition, or; <br /> 2.
