The requirements are as follows: <br /> 1. All work must be done per the City of Everett's Design and <br /> Construction Standards. <br /> 2. It appears that the house is lower in elevation than the street and <br /> the sewer main and, therefore, would require an installation of a <br /> pump and pressure line. <br /> 3. In conjunction with the pressure line, it would be necessary to <br /> install a 3 foot diameter manhole at the edge of the streat <br /> right-of-way in order for the pressure line to discharge into. <br /> 4. Our records indicate a s:ide sewer stub from the main to the edge of <br /> tha street right-of-way also needs to be installed. This would <br /> require a boring or an op�:n cut of tha street area. <br /> 5. Before any work can take pZace, a side sewer permit must be issued to <br /> the installer or owner.
