On 9/28 the wall was checked again and approximately 30 linear feet of the wall has a batter of zero to less than 1-inch over the height of the wall rather than the 7.5- inches required. Based on a minimum rotation to develop"active" pressure the top of ihe wall can be expected to rotate 1-inch. We will be checking the wall batter on Oct. 5'" and 12"'and hope to confirm the wall batter has not reduced further. Should the batter become negative the global stability of the wall may be compromised. Stortn drainage installation has been compieted below the wall as confimied by Randy Allen, Construction Inspector. Locking bolts were not installed on the new grates, finish grade has not been completed and therefore it can not be determined if cleanouts behind the wall have been set at grade. Cleanup and seeding has not been completed in front of the wall and the deck framing and keystone walls have not been adequately addressed as yet.
