As you will note in the citation, the City <br /> is seeking a resolution to this situation by requiring Mr. Popov ro provide <br /> information with regard to the reconstruction of the failed retaining wall. <br /> This siWation as it now exists does not meet City Code for the issues at <br /> hand. Corrective action is required and must be completed by April 18, <br /> 2008 as indicated in the citation. <br /> If corrective action is not completed a hearing, before the City Violation <br /> Hearing Gxaminer is scheduled for April 24'�'.
