The bracing did not meet the design that the engineer had provided in any of the 5 or G <br /> requirements. I insVucted Mr. Popov that new engineering would be required to justify what he had done. The item <br /> should therefore stay on the books as unfinished. <br /> Also, there were several vehicles on the property that were either missing license plates, or had expired tabs.
