Such street improvements shell not be limited to <br /> the half street abutting the property; for example, where no per- <br /> manent street improvement existed, the street improvement shall be <br /> eztended beyond the centerline a sufficient distance (10 ft. minimum) <br /> to pecmit safe movement of traffic. <br /> This Covenant consenting to the formation of a local improvement distrlct <br /> appIIes (and precludes legal protest) only to the formation of a locel improvement <br /> dLstrtet, Owner executing this document retains its, his/her or their rights wder <br /> 1ew to provide input or to make objection to the scope of ihe proposed public <br /> improvements to be accomplished by such local improvement district including <br /> nature and type of improvements es well as the proposed or final benefits end <br /> essessment therefor. <br /> TAe City shall deliver a signed release of' this Covenant to Owner efter <br /> completion of public improvements es described hereinabave through the formetion <br /> ot a loeal improvement district and after transmittal at the final assessment role <br /> to the County of Snohomish pursuant to law.
