The co-location <br /> would involve adding three (3) new 6' antennas to the existing 113' wireless communications <br /> utility pole, which cuRently houses AT&T and VZW antennas. In order to facilitate the projected <br /> VZW technology, VZW will also be adding a new radir equipment cabinet within the existing <br /> lease area on the ground. VZW's ground lease area is situated approximately 15' behind <br /> ATBT's current ground lease area. ATBT's leased area has previously been landscaped and <br /> screened; therefore, there would be minimal visual impact from VZW's proposed ground leased <br /> space. The property for this requested co-location is located on Glenwood Avenue and is owned <br /> by Snohomish County PUD (SnoPUD). The property currently has a SnoPUD Substation <br /> located just south of the proposed lease area. <br /> A. SPU GENERAL EVALUATION CRITERIA <br /> Findings and Conclusions: The following findings and conclusions are based on the criteria <br /> established in Section 41.150.C. of the Zoning Code—Special Property Use Permits: <br /> 1. The need of the neighborhood, district, or City for a proposed Special Property Use <br /> Findin : The general public using cellular phones as a means to communicate will benefit from <br /> lhe proposed wireless facility. The proFosed wireless co-location will provide a more reliable <br /> service for every day and for emergency use. <br />
