Our inspector, Mr.C.R. Berr, P.E. a registered engineer in <br /> the State of Washington, performed ell inspections required by Section 305 end 306 ot <br /> the 1988 UBC. All work requiring inspection under Sections 305 and 306 was to the <br /> best of the inspector's end Districl's knowledge, in conformance with the City approved <br /> plans and specitications and the applicable workmanship provisions of the 1988 UBC. <br /> Mr. Barr observed the taking ot concrete test cylinders tor all tha structural concrete <br /> and submitted the cylinders to Boss 8 Mayes Testing Engineers Inc.tor testing. <br /> Attached is a copy of the concrete testing report (Lab Nos. 8589, 8590,8591)for the <br /> drilled pier foundetion concrete. All 28 day compressive strength tests indicate that the <br /> 3000 PSI design strength has been ezceeded. <br /> G�t.
