FOR APPROVAL <br /> OF A VARfANCE VARIANCE #07-001 <br /> DECISION: The requested variance for the reduction of the ten-foot <br /> street side setback to a five-foot street side setback for <br /> property at 6605 Glenwood Avenue, Everett, <br /> Washington, is granted subjecf to the conditions as set <br /> forth herein. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> Robert Sulton Jr. (Applicant) requested approvai of a variance from the Development <br /> Standards Table of the City of Everett Zoning Code that requires a ten-foot street side <br /> setback for property at 6605 Glenwood Avenue, Everett, Washington (subjecl property). <br /> The Applicant seeks approval of a variance for a reduction of the street side setback off <br /> Gateway Terrace, Everett, Washington. The varian�e would allow the street side <br /> selback to be reduced irom ten feet to five feet. <br /> A hearing was held before the Hearing Examiner of the Cify of Everett on April 26, <br /> 2007.
