In re- viewing the information sent to us by the Health District it appears that you have been notified to correct this problem on two occasions and have failed to comply c��ith the notices. Upon receiving the abave reauest, an inspector from this depart- ment tried unsuccessfully to contact you at the above referenced addres�, on June 11, 197G to discuss this matter. Upon hi.s failure to do so, he left a notice requesting that you contact hin at City Hall. Since you have failed to perform the required corr.ective worl:, and have not attempted to contact this office, it must be prestuned that you do not intend to comply. This leaves no alter.nati.ve but to refer the matter to the city attor�iey �aith a request to initiatc �ohatever legal action is necessar.y to secu.re comnl.iance. This step tvill be held in abeyance for ten (10) days irom receipt of this letter allowing you the onportunity to obtain the necessary permits and connect to the city sewer. If no positive action on your par.t is taken, i✓ithout further �,�ord, it �vil1 be processed fo.r legal solution.
