[V[RETT, WASIiINGTON �rT <br /> Our Department is confronted with a situation which could <br /> conceivably involve the city in legal action. At 8005 <br /> West Glenn Drive the private sewage disposal system wi�ich <br /> serves the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Larry D. �9itta1l at <br /> that address, is. failing and large qusntities of effluent <br /> from the system are runninq off onto the ' adjacent property <br /> to the east, owned by Mr. and Mrs. Harry D. Chevalier, 8004 <br /> East Glenn Drive who operate a cliild day care facility and <br /> are licensed by the State. Dir. and Mr.s. Chevalier are • <br /> concerned over the possibility of losing their license for <br /> the child care center if the state becomes aware of the <br /> conditions that presently exist. <br /> The owners of the property, Mr. and Mrs. Larry D. S9itta1l <br /> were first notified to make the necessary repairs to correct <br /> this situation on March 22, 1976 by the Snohomish County <br /> Healtli Department to no avail and again on hiay 19, 1976 to <br /> no avail.
