RESOLUTION NO. <br /> WHEREAS ON the 22nd day of P4ARCH , 1978 the � <br /> City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized <br /> representative requested the Everett City Council in <br /> regular public meeting to order the demolition of the <br /> structure as specified in that certain NOTICE OF UNSAFE <br /> BUILDING(S) dated the 20th day of JANUARY 1978 <br /> (Unsafe Buildings Reference No. 7801-236 1 . a duplicate <br /> � original copy of which is attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated hei:ein as though set forth in full <br /> herein, as the owner (s) of the unsafe building (s) , or <br /> structure (s) or portion (s) thereof described in said <br /> notice has violated the provisions of the City of Everett <br /> Building Code, Chapter 2.12 �verett City Code adopting <br /> and amendin� the Uniform Building Code, 1973 �dition pre- <br /> pared by the International Conference of IIuilding Officials <br /> and further requested the Everett City Council to order <br /> the City of Everett Building Official te proceed with the <br /> work required and specified in said notice pursuant to <br /> and in accordance with said City of Everett Building Code <br /> on the grounds of the failure, neglect or refusal of said <br /> , owner (s) to comply with the provisions of said notice, and <br /> WHEREAS the Everett City Council after examining exhibits and hearing <br /> testimony and arguments and beinq otherwise fully informed <br /> i • <br /> in the premises makes the following findings : <br /> ' � 1. That said City of �verett Buildinq Code is a <br /> ; valid esistinq ordinance of the City of Everett. <br /> �� 2. That the hereinabove described NOTiCE OF UNSAFE <br /> BUILDING (S) was properly issued and served <br /> pursuant to and in accordance with the hereinabove <br /> described City of Everett Building Code. <br /> 3. That the City of Everett Building Official is <br /> authorized to request the Everett City Council to <br /> • enter the hereinabove described order and that the <br /> �� • Everett City Council is authorized in the exercise <br /> of its discretion to so do� under tre provisions of <br /> said City of Ev�rett Building Code. <br /> 4 , That those named in said notice as the owner (s) of <br /> scid unsafe buildin9 (s) , structure (s) , or portion (s) <br /> thereof were heretofore timely notified that the <br /> hereinabove described request of the City of Everett <br /> � Duilding Official �aou].d Uc presented to the Everett <br />
