Side Yards. <br /> We are requesting that the 10 foot setback that is required on <br /> the side yard of corner lots be changed to 8 feet. <br /> This is a brand new home that has already been built. Our site <br /> plan Nas approved by the Building Department showing a 10 foot <br /> set-back from the foundatian to the lot _ine which is how the <br /> home is built. Gur building plans also approved by the building <br /> department showed a 2 foot cantilever extendinq into the 10 foot <br /> side-yard setback which is how the home is built. <br /> Yte hereby request this variance to allow our home that is already <br /> constructed with site plan and building pians having been <br /> approved by the bulZding department to remain as built. <br /> Th^ variance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a <br /> snbstantial property right and the authorization of such variance <br /> will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare or <br /> injurious to property in the vicinity.
