Side Yards. <br /> We are requesting that the 10 foot setback that is required on <br /> the side yard of corner lots be changed to 8 feet. <br /> This is a brand new home that has already been built. Our site <br /> plan was approved by the Building Depart�aent shoHing a 10 foot <br /> set-back from Lhe foundation to the lot line which is how the <br /> home is built. Our building plans also approved by the building <br /> department showed a 2 foot cantilever extendinq into the 10 foot <br /> side-yard aetback which is how the home is built. <br /> We hereby request thia variance to allow our home that ia alxeady <br /> constructed with site plan and building plans having been <br /> approved by the buildinq department to remain as built. <br /> The variance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a <br /> aubstantial property right and the authorization of such veriance <br /> will not Le materially detrimental to the public welfare or <br /> injurious to property in the vicinity.
