The Uniform Building <br /> Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized by the permit is <br /> suspended or abandoned at any time atter work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If <br /> you wish to prevent the permits from expiring without documentacion of completion, you <br /> may: <br /> 1) Requesc inspections of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br /> or 2) Request£na! inspections of the work that is completed, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br /> Pleaze respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records <br /> Department for microfilming without fnal approval.
