The follnwing violations inust be corrected: %+11 baseboard ha�tere must be �r�unded. All wires enterin� the heaters must be fastened by mean� of an approved clamp� not merely poked through tho knockout. All conductors in !he therrtrostat boxes must be made wi{h approved connectors. �ne of the heaters on the front room thermost�t is not included in the circuit. The rvmex entering the fluorescent fixture in the b�throom must enter ihrru�h n proper connector instead of passing throuQh the knockout. The plugs in the bathroom must he groundod. The ground wire terminetes un the box. The ground wire for the hood fen must be g.-ounded to the "J" box in an approvod manner - pressed between the covor :+nd side of the box is not acceptnble. The light over the ki{chen sink must be fastoned to tha 4/0 box on the proper fixture hanger and must be qround�d. The fixture is now offaet to the side of the box and fastened with sheet metal screws to the sheetrock. The outside porch lights must be prope.-ly f.3st�ned to avoid the open space on the back side of the fixture and solid enough not to bob in a breeze. �nserts must bo installed in the face of the panel to conceal live par{s which are now exposed. YYhen tne above items have been corrected� please cAll for a re-inspection. I am surpriaed to find any contractor trying to get by with the type of code vio:a{iuns found in this building.
