In order for the processing of your application to continue, it wiil be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11" x 17". 1. The bathroom with access from client bedroom C shall have grab bars installed as specified in section R325.8 for water dosets, bathtubs and shower stalls. 2. Guardrails and handrails required shall be clearly defined.in the plans. Referencing the code section is not sufficient. 3. Show length of ramp on plans. Show the elevation change from tl�e landing at the bottom of the ramp to the landing at the top of the ramp. 4. Label all components for exiting. Shew exiting routes on floor plan. 5. All drawings shall be drawn to scale (1/4"= 1'-0" minimum). 6. Specify number of clients in each bedrooin. (Single client bedroom eighty square feet min, double occupancy bedroom 120 S. F. Min). 7. All adult family homes shall be equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms installed as required in section R314 and R315.1.
