Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International [iuilding Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by tl�e <br /> City of Everett, unless stated o[herwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it wiil be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11" x 17". <br /> 1. The bathroom with access from client bedroom C shall have grab bars installed as <br /> specified in section R325.8 for water dosets, bathtubs and shower stalls. <br /> 2. Guardrails and handrails required shall be clearly defined.in the plans. Referencing the <br /> code section is not sufficient. <br /> 3. Show length of ramp on plans. Show the elevation change from tl�e landing at the <br /> bottom of the ramp to the landing at the top of the ramp. <br /> 4. Label all components for exiting. Shew exiting routes on floor plan. <br /> 5. All drawings shall be drawn to scale (1/4"= 1'-0" minimum). <br /> 6. Specify number of clients in each bedrooin. (Single client bedroom eighty square feet <br /> min, double occupancy bedroom 120 S. F. Min). <br /> 7. All adult family homes shall be equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms <br /> installed as required in section R314 and R315.1.
