2. Mr. Pignataro adcnowledged that it was impossible for him to develop the property <br /> or to impiement any of the Hparing Examiner's conditio�s. He indicated that his <br /> ercors are a result of being misirttormed at the time of the purchase of the property. <br /> Mr. Pignataro could think of no possible solution to the problem. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> 1. The Hearing Examiner of the City o: Everett cannot grant relief to the property <br /> ovmer, Mr. Pignataro. Because of the legal inability to pursue a use variance or a <br /> short subdivision, Mr. Pignataro can on.y reconvert the additional structure on-site <br /> to a garage/racreation room. <br /> ORDER <br /> Based upon the preceding findings of facts and conclusions and testimony and evidence <br /> submitted at the public hearing, it is hereby ordered that the options as set forth in the <br /> November 3, 1993, decision are hereby withdrawn and tnat Mr. Albert Pignataro is given <br /> until August 19, 1994, to completa the recorniersion of the second stnu:ture on the subject <br /> property to inctude a garagehecreation room.
