We <br /> « understand that development is to consist of construction of a residential <br /> � duplex building, with associated parking within the area of the subject lot <br /> `� approximately shown on the enclosed Location Map, sheet M-t . The structure is <br /> planned to extend over the top oi a moderately steep sloping hillside. <br /> I <br /> �� <br /> The scope of services included performance of three (3) exploratory backhoe <br /> i ` (test) pits, performed around the proposed duplex area. The approximate <br /> locations of the test pits are shown on the Location Map.
