The formal request for an ADU has beer. <br /> submitted to Planning to obtain the written acceptance. <br /> Jeff Heilman has helped by giving guidelines for the <br /> construction of the ADU. Plans are submitted to add to the <br /> existing permit to finish out the basement as an ADU. <br /> I wish to complement your department and staff. All <br /> have been of great help and support. The inspectors in the <br /> field are knowledgeable of the trades they inspect and do <br /> insure that the work done is correctly. The counter <br /> personnel have always been patient to answer questions <br /> and provide information that is needed.
