Meanwhile, I am going to bring a motion for review of the Stay of Proceedings. I'il <br /> probably note the motion for sometime in Mazch. It will probably be on a Tuesday at <br /> 9:3C a.m., in front of the judge who signed the original order. I will need someone from <br /> your department there to testify regarding whether the proposed drawings will resolve the <br /> height issue. Hopefully by that time we will also have something going on the drainage <br /> issue. We will be seeking a modification of the Stay and a requirement that the building <br /> be remodeled to comply with the new drawings (assuming the drawings resolve the <br /> height issue.) Ifthe drawings are no good, we will probably just be looking to revoke the <br /> Stay, have the judge find her guilty of the building code violation, and seeking relief in <br /> the form of corredive action as a condition of her sentence. I will also have the $200.00 <br /> deposited into the general fund as per our discussion yesterday. <br /> Tim, thank you again for your assistance with this matter.
