I enclose Ms. French's check made payable to the City of <br /> Everett for the sum of$200, toeedter with a drawing prepared by Everett Builders, Inc. <br /> When I met with Ms. French, I told her that she needed to pay the sum o���ed to the City <br /> under tlie terms of the Stipulation and Order and provide the City�vith a drawing diat proposes <br /> a solution to the problem. Ms. French knows tltat the heieht <br /> of the structure violates the Ciry Code. The issue appears to bc how that heieht is measured, <br /> or from �vhat specifc point. We belie��e the enclosed dra�ving, which does result in lowerine <br /> of the roof line, complies��ith the Code.
