Granting of this waver would not be inconsistent <br /> with properties in the area. As there are two other residences <br /> in the immediate vi •inity with less than the required <br /> setbacks .Therefor I .'eel I would not be recieving any <br /> special privileges . <br /> The variance requested would not be detrimental to the <br /> public welfare nor injurious to the properties in the area. <br /> These improvements would increase the value of this and <br /> other properties in the immediate vicinity. <br /> The th^ee lots making up the property are in excess of <br /> the square iootage required for a duplex and the property <br /> is zoned R-2 . Iithis variance is not granted, an unnecessary <br /> hardship will continue to the property owner. Because of <br /> the location of the existing buildings there is insufficient <br /> room to construct another living space . Thus not realizing <br /> the prcperties full potential . <br /> , <br />
