The house and outbuildinq are <br /> ui:.�ccupied anfl have seeadily deteriorated. <br /> We have paen a man on the property doing mechanical <br /> work on some of the vehicles. Other vehicles simply stood <br /> without repairs for months, sometimes years• <br /> From time to time a group of cars would be cleared out. <br /> Short term, minor clean u� cf the property would take place. � <br /> Within a few months a different group of cars would eollect <br /> and the property would revert to the cluttered, unkempt state. <br /> In recent weeks wa have seen the individual who does <br /> the above mentioned machanical work doing major clean up. <br /> He has removed auto bodies, cut down vegetation, and collected <br /> and removed a large quantity of clutter on the property. <br /> returnut�neqiecthwehhavesno confidenceCthat thefcurrent by <br /> emphasis will be continued. <br /> It is our desire to see our nQiqhborhood ranintained as <br /> a residential area. We don' t feel titat derelict autc <br /> storage and disintegrating unoccupied buildinqs are <br /> accaptable in this location.
