Russell announced that two items on the agenda would not be heard <br /> at this time. They are: <br /> 1. Greenleaf regarding the conversion of a <br /> building aL- 1918 L,verett Ave. and the off street parking <br /> limitations . <br /> Under old business, a hearing was held on the application of Ronald <br /> P;old, G].1.9 Commercial Ave. , Everett, WA, 98203for a variance from <br /> Section 19 .42 . 090 of the Everett biwiicipal Code, Yards , Paragraph A <br /> Eor permi�sion to add a two car garaye to the rear of the existi.ng <br /> residence and be able to build to within tti•�o and one half (2;) feet <br /> from the side property line rather than the code requirement of ten <br /> (10) feet from the side property line on a corner lot. <br /> Leyal Description: Lots 17 and 18 , Block 11, Plat of Pinehurst <br /> Division "A" <br /> Address : G119 Commercial <br /> Zoning: R-2 Single Family tIigh Density Residence <br /> Mi-.
