Fickle:
I was sked to make an electrical inspection oE the residence to
determine if tlic wiring would r,.ect the minimum requiremen[s for
.}I.A. Financing. The eollowing violations were noted and must
be ce:rected. The water tank is improperly connected with a vire
size too small Yor this size tank. The dryer receptical is not
nountrd up off thr floor as requird and also fed aith a wire too
smill in size and improperly iused. It cannot be properly fused
with the present service panel. The washer receptacle is not
grounded leaving no proper way of rounding [he washing nachine.
Thc outlets and light over the kitchen sink are not grounded. The
bathroom light is not grounded nor a grounding receptacle in the
bathroom. The fistures and receptacles in tiese areas must be
groundaldue to the e:ctreme danger of shock around grounded equipment.
The service in this home is only wired with 70 amp wire and five
circuits in the service panel. The minumum size permitted by code
is 100 amp and at least 8 circuits for the branch circuits used in
thes home.
Yours truly
L. J.
