The pr�perty was posted for work being performed without permits in 2001. <br /> Work did cease on the property but the prior owner lost the place to foreclosure. Someone purcliased the piace and <br /> continued to perform work o�:the property without permits/approvals. The place is now for sale. <br /> We have opened a new file on the property and have posted an Unlawful Structure placard on the premises right next to <br /> the realty sign. <br /> If you can fit this one into your busy schedule I think Enforcement action should occur ASAP,so that an unsuspecting <br /> buyer doesn't end up with someone else's problem. <br /> Thank you. <br /> Ted <br /> 1 <br />
