For the most part, the most useful reports �acrc <br /> � the 2002 URS and 2003 Ilart Crowser repurts completed for the Port of E��erett Cor this project, and the 19G9 <br /> Damcs and Moore report complcted for the Scott Paper Compony. �Ve havc also completed �vater wcll monitoring <br /> ' on the site through a tidal cycle to c��aluate the in0ucnce of U�e tides on dic ground �vater conditions at die sitc. <br /> � PROJGCT D�SCRIPTIO\ <br /> The current plan is to construct multi•stop� condominium units in the central portion of the site �cith underground <br /> � parking under thcsc units. Thc depth of the p�rking will be limited, in part, by the high ground �vatcr Icvcls. Thc <br /> total structure height is restricted by zoning codes. Thc northern perimeter of the development will havc <br /> � commercial stnictures and thc southem perimeter �vill have an esplanade area extending some 200 feet Prom thc <br /> cxisting bulkhr.id alig.nnunt.
