2. Use of Pesticides or Fertilizen <br /> A pesticide-use plan will be formulared to include: a list of selected pesticides and <br /> their specific uses; brands, formulations, applicution methods and quantities to be <br /> used; equipment use and maintenance procedures; sai'ety, srorage, and disposal <br /> methods; monitoring and record keeping procedures and public notice procedures. <br /> An annual evaluation procedure will be developed to include a review of the <br /> effectiveness of treatments, buffers and sensitive arcus, public concerns and <br /> complaints, and recent toxicological information on pesticides used or proposed. <br /> Pcsticides will not be sprayed within 100 feet of open waters including wedands, <br /> ponds, streams, sloughs or any drainage that leads to open water. <br /> 3. Boatyurd Surface Arcas <br /> All areas designated as boat work yard arcas covered under the General Boatyard <br /> Storniwater Permit, will utilize the BMP's adopted by the Port as a requirement of <br /> this pennit. A copy of these BMP's is provided for reference in Appendix E. <br /> VII. Special Reports and Studies <br /> A Draft Engineering Repon, for the Craftsman District Boaryard was completed in <br /> Fcbniary 2006, lhis report ouUines a basis of design for managing stormwater, pressure <br /> wash wastewater. This report also contains a copy of the Pon of Everett's BMP's (May <br /> 2003) that are being implemented and followed for design and operation of the Craftsman <br /> District site. <br /> VIII.
