Samples: Submic minimum 50 pound sample for each material to thc <br /> Engineer, four business days before delivering material to site. <br /> D, Quality Assucance and Conttol Submittals. <br /> ]. Test Reports: Submit sieve, moisture content and proctoc analysis for <br /> each material. <br /> 2. Cectificates: Submic\t/SDOT pic cerri5cation for each pit. <br /> 3. Disposal site operator certification that disposa] site complies with all <br /> local state and Cedccal rcgulauons. <br /> 1.04 QUALITI'ASSURANCG <br /> A. Quali&cations: <br /> 1. Sunreyor.
