These comments <br /> address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments <br /> (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building Code, as <br /> amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2000 Edition, unless <br /> stated othenvise. <br /> In order for the processiog of your application to continue, it wi11 be necessary to provide the <br /> Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. <br /> 1• The recreation room on the plans does not have su�cient windows to meet the minimum <br /> requirements for light and ventilation. Show how light and ventilation requirements, per <br /> Section 1203 UBC, arc met. <br /> 2• Plans for bathroom shall be drawn to scale and show minimum 30" wide space (clear) for tuilet <br /> with minimum 24"clear in front of toilet. <br /> 3. Dryer shall be vented to the exterior. Show on plans. <br /> 4. Label all spaces for their intended use. <br /> 5. Submit only those documents that are specific to the work that you are proposing. <br /> 6. Provide water resistant GWB in high moisture azeas. <br /> 7.
