Inspections were made to monitor geotechnical conformance to our <br /> design report titled Keying and Benching for Fill Placed On Slope dated May 5, 1998. <br /> Scope of Inspection Services <br /> Our inspection services began on May 28, 1998 and were completed on June 29, 1998. <br /> The scope of our services included: <br /> 1. Inspection of cutting and installation of the rock keyway at the base of the fill; <br /> 2.
