November 6, 1973 <br /> The reqular meetin9 of the Board of Adjustment was held at <br /> 7 :00 p.m. , in the Hearinq Room of the Snohomish County Court- <br /> house, Everett, i•IA. <br /> Mr. Baird presided, Pir. Russell, Mr. Kristiansen and t4r. Berg <br /> were present. Mr. Black was absent. <br /> Mr. Baird made the statement that because of legal interpreta- <br /> tion, the following items would not be heard this evening and <br /> would be postponed for thirty days : <br /> Item ZV - Greg tdoore <br /> Item VI - Danard Custom Homes <br /> Item VIII - Daniel and 24argaret Clay and the City of Everett <br /> Item I:{ - Joe and Lovetta Armitage <br /> A hearing was held on the apolication of Phillip P1cAlister, <br /> 5830 Cady Rd. , Everett, WA. , 98203, for a varian�A from Section <br /> 19. 16 .050 Everett riunicipal Code, yard requirements, paragraph <br /> II, for permission to add to an e:cisting garage and be able to <br /> build to within two (2) feet of the side property line rather <br /> than the code requirement of five (5) feet. <br /> ' Legal Description: The North thirty (30) feet of Lot 39 and <br /> all of Lot 40 Fairview Heights. <br /> Address: 5830 Cady Road <br /> Zoning: R-2 Single Family High Density Residence <br /> Mr. McAlister represented himself and had nothing further to add <br /> to his application. <br /> There was no opposition from the audience. <br /> After visually viewing the subject property and considering the <br /> facts, it was moved by P4r. Russell, seconded by Atr.
