The Code also requires final inspection prior to occupancy for all permits issued, and it is the responsibility of the permit holder to call for the necessary inspections. Decause of these time frames, your permit has already expired. However, the Cit�� of Everett is at this t•ime extending a one-time grace period to holders of recently expired permits. IE you wish to recommence work you may renew your permit at no cost for an additional 180 day period by submitting a written request to this office. The zenewal request must reach us by April 3, 1989. Any corrections required must be completed and final approval obtained before April 3rd. Permits that have been neither finaled uot renewed by that date will expire. To renew the work or obtain an inspection will then require the payment of a fee. You may mail or deliver written requests to our office at 3200 Cedar Street, Everett, WA 98201.
