Wood beam detail #3 SheeL- 5 does not indicate adequate continuous <br /> ties at intersecting beam. Section 2517(g)2. <br /> 4. All steps in footings shall be indicated on ei�.vations. <br /> 5. Reinforcing steel in stepped footings shall be detailed on drawings. <br /> 6. Residences over 4000 sq. Pt. shall be stamped by a licensed <br /> Washington State architect or licensed Washington State structural <br /> engineer. <br /> 7. Roof plan shall indicate location of structural trusses, such as <br /> girder trusses, and hipmasters, as well as common, scissor, hip <br /> jacks, etc. <br /> 8. No structural support for roof system is indicated on plans, such as <br /> multiple studs or columns under girder trusses. <br /> 9. Provide minimun R-8 insulation under slab on grade at perimeter where <br /> slab is within 12" of finished grade. <br /> 10. Minimum 6�-8" headroom required per 3306(p) UBC. <br /> 11.
