WSHIN6T0'1
9tl:1
INSPCCTION OCPRTN[NT
On April 1, 1979 and again on hiay 10, 1974 this Division made
an inspection of property owned by you at 6107 Dexter Avenue,
Everett, Washington.
On April 3, 1974 a report of the first inspection was sent to
you which outlined the deficiencies noted in the first inspec-
tion.
The inspection of May 10, was essentially an electrical
inspection made by hir. Lawrence Dougherty, the City Electrical
Inspector.
A copy of his reoort was left with Dirs. Nelson at the time the
inspection was made however the following list is a copy ef
Mr. Doughertys report:
1. Switches have been altered v:hich voided the UL
approval of the panel.
2, Circuits are overfused.
3. All side panels are illegal so there should be a
new service installed large enough to accomodate
the connected load and enough circuits so there
zre no sub panels or doubling of circuits.
q. The water heater must be connected with K10 wire
and the discharge from the water heater relief valve
must be piped to the floor.
The correction of these deficiencies will suffice if the property
is to be used as a single family residence.
If the property is to be used as a duplex please refer to our
letter of April 3, 1974 for further requirements.
Yours truly
Robert K.
