PROPOSED DECLUATION OF NON-SIC;IIFICANCE <br />The proposed action is the rezoning of approximately 2,430 square feet of property <br />from R-1 Single Family Low Density Residential to B-2 Ccu minty Shopping Zone. The <br />folla•ring factors were considered prior to making a preliminary decision on this proposal: <br />1. Ingress and egress to the site will be provided via Dog�,a and Wood Place. <br />2. The site is currently vacant and co7ered by various low grasses. <br />3.
