At that dme, the house had been raised <br />in the air and had shifted off its foundadon. <br />On October 29, 1993 a permit was issued to place the house onto the existing <br />foundation. <br />An inspection of the site was conducted on July 21, 1994 and the following condiitons <br />were noted: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />The house is sitting on original East and West fuundation walls. <br />Beam cribbing installed through center. <br />Roof is off. <br />Interior is dilapidated. <br />Exterior grounds are covered with trash, construcdon material, etc. <br />Your immediate attention is required in correcting these condidons which are <br />considered substandard pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code and dangerous to the <br />Uniform Code fur the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. <br />Please advise this office within ten (10) days of the action you plan to take in correcting <br />these condidons.
