It has been detertnined that this proper:y is in violation of <br />the minimum property maintenance regulations of the Everett Municipal Code. The speci6c <br />nuisances and cond►tions present on this property which constitute a violation in accordance <br />w9th Section 8.20.020 of the Everett Municipal Code are <br />A. Junk, trash litter, boxes, discarded lumber, salvage materials, or other similar <br />materials in any front yard, side yard, rear yard or vacant lot; <br />To wiTect this violation, please remove all salvages materiais, junk, discarded lumber or <br />any similar debris from the propecty on or before Februrrv 20, 1995. <br />Failure te abate this nuisance by the date specified above will lead to further enforcement <br />which woidd include the City abating the nuisance by removal, impound, or disposal and <br />billing the costs to you.
