The following factors wero considcred and the listad <br />requirements were placed in response to cooments subnitted by various City Depart�nents durinq <br />their review of an Environmental Checklist for this proposal. , , <br />1. The site is zoned R-3 and would allow this use. <br />Z. ]► detailed drawinq mut be submitted to the Public Works Department showinq pazking layout, <br />landscapiaq, dziveways, storm drainage, and all required improvements to the public right- <br />of-w�y.
