Revisions are <br />shown on the drawings with a 1 and revision date of 1-6-99 <br />in upper right hand corner of sheets. <br />1. Per GA File No. 5515 substituting floor joists at <br />16" O.C. for trusses this floor system shown on <br />Wall Section sheet A-7. Ceiling Assembly per 1997 <br />UBC table 7-C item 21. Also shown on sheet A-7. <br />2. Front Enty Doors 1 hour noted on Sheet A-3. <br />3. Storage space beneath stairs omitted as was the <br />unintended door at the middle of the second level. <br />9. Windows noted on this itzm were removed. <br />5. Per our discussion, Z have moved the ex.it door on the <br />SW end of the third floor to comply with UBC exit <br />seperation requirements. <br />6. 1-hour attic access panels added to reof areas. <br />Sho•rm on sheets A-4 and A-`i. <br />7. Note added to Detail Sheet A-7 Party Wall Detail. <br />8. Main Level Units have been revised to be compliant <br />with Type 'B' Handicap requirements as shown on <br />sheeY. A-3. <br />9.
