Utilizing methods which meet or exceed the minimum state standards, we are pleased to certify the following information: Based on the rim of the existing sewer manhole near the SW corner of the properly, which has an assumed elevation of 100.00 feet, the highest point our personnel measured on the building, inciuding the "torched down" roofing materials, was 124.95 feet. The maximum building height, as established on the C.O.E. elevation worksheet dated 05/07/2012 atiached, is 125.51 feet. Based on our fieid measurements, lhe hiqhest point of the structure is 0 56 feet BELOW the max. buildinq heiqht. Please note that although we are providing measurements to the hundredth within this report, we are only certifying to an accuracy of +/- 0 05'.
