� <br />, <br />� <br />Board of Adjustment <br />November 5, 1979 <br />Page 3 <br />After visually viewing the subject oroperty and considering all <br />the facts and testimony, it was moved by Mr. 2ook, seconded by <br />Mr. Hoagland, and unanimously carried to grant the applicant's <br />request as it meets all the requirements of Section 19.70.060 <br />of the Everett Municipal Code, Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4. <br />Under new business, a hearing was held on the application of <br />Dr. Michael Jenkins, 4806 Dover Avenue, Everett, Washington, <br />for a v,triance frmn Section 19.14.050 of the Everett Municipal <br />Code, Y�ird Requirements, Paragraph A Front Yard, for permission <br />to cons�.ruct a sunporch on the exist:ing residence and be able <br />to come to within eight (B) feet of i;he front property line <br />rather than the code requirement of twenty (20) feet. <br />Legul Description: Lots 1, 2, 3 Blocks <br />11 Queen Anne Ad3. <br />Address: 4806 Dover Street <br />Zoninq: R-1 Single Family Low Density <br />Residence <br />Scotty Turner, a building contractor, represented Dr. Jenkins <br />and made the following statements: <br />Theze are no other houses on Dover Street and <br />it is a dead end street. <br />The �treet R/W is aporoxima.tely 100 feet in <br />width. <br />3. The doctor's house sets on a hill that is high <br />enough so there should be no problems with the <br />; surroun3ing area. <br />� <br />, <br />� There was no opposition from the audience.
