Bigelow <br />5126 Narbeck Avenue <br />Everett, Wa. 98203 <br />Re: Lot 3, Plat of Edcemoor Heights <br />Dear Mr. Bigelow: <br />The Planning Department has reviewed your building permit <br />for compliance with the City of Everett Zoning Code. The <br />site plan meets all requirements except it exceeds the <br />height limitation of 28 feet. <br />Enclosed is the R-S, Suburban Residential zone, code <br />requirements along with the definition of base elevation <br />and an example of method used in determining the allowable <br />building height.
