The Code <br />notes a setback point using the center of the street right-of-Nay as a <br />reference point. The center of right-of-way fronting this site is not <br />perpendicular to the lot, i.c., therc is a radius point and street <br />cul-de-sac �ahich nake a non uniforn sethack line. <br />The site pla:� submitted indicated an incoi•rect setback for a 50' right- <br />of-way. The building r�imit also indicated an incorrect setback. <br />I have visited the site and discu�sed the issue with other City depart- <br />ments. It has bcen determined that relocation of the castern garage <br />wall ta�o (2) feet to the west ��•ill meet the intent of thc code basc:; o�i <br />the irregular center of right-of-way. As discussed, the side yarS sethacks <br />�:ill remain as presently constructed in the field. <br />1'ou may proceed with relocation of the castern garage H•all �nd continucd <br />construction of the house.
