April 4, 1988
Tim Fowler
3224 Wetmoore 1
Everett, WA. 98201
Re: Building Permit Application £or Lot 18 of
Heights.
Dear Mr. Fowler:
C1TV OF
everett
CITY HAIL • 2590]55
FVERETT. WASHINGTON
Edgemoor eeao,
Review of your building permit applicatin shows that
there is insufficient information to determine the height
of the residence £rom the existing natural topography. As
of December 4, 1987, the maximum building heiqht is
measured from the average elevation of the existin7
natural topaqraphy of the building site rather tian Fe
finished grade.
Encloaed is an example and procedure of determ:ini:ig the
maximum buildinq height. In order for your applica.tion to
be precesaed, please show the natural elevator. on the
aite plan and the building elevation plans ac:cordinq to
the encloaed instructions.
The site plan shows that the side yard along the west side
of the property does not meet the minimum 7.5 foot side
yard setback in the R-S zone. Another correction that
will need to be made to the site plan is the reduction of
the width of the driveway in the front yard setback area
to twenty foet in width. In the R-S and R-1 zones the
driveway or vehicle parkinq areas in the required front
yard setback area shall be limited to a total width o£
twenty feet. Please contact Steve Inoalsbe if you have
any queations concerning our requirements.
Sincerely,
DENNIS L.
