We have made an exterior inspection of <br />the house and have concluded that the structure is unliveable <br />and, due to its advanced deterioration, a hazard to the public. <br />i�e hava therefore posted the property to prevent occupancy by <br />neighborhood children and transients. <br />As you have indicated tiiat you do not intend to repair the <br />structure we urge you to begin demoliti.on as soon as possible. <br />Yours truly <br />Jamie G.
