March 23, 1983 <br />Bridget Downie <br />5613 19est Drive � <br />Everett, Washington 98203 <br />Dear Ms. Doianie: <br />This will certify that an inspection of the structure <br />located at 5519 East Drive was conducted by the Housing <br />Inspector of the City ot Everett, IVasliington. During <br />the inspection there were several dcad carpenter ants <br />in each room of the structure and in the sinks.
