Please see <br />the enclosed inspection activity report. The Everett Building Code states that all permits expire if <br />the work authorized by the permits is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the <br />work is commenced. Work under this permit will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since your <br />last inspection, or <br />Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time your permit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without documentation of final approval. These records are available <br />to prospective buyers and lending institutions. If you wish to resume work in the future, a new <br />permit must be obtained.
